DELIVERY TERMS AND PRICES

Welcome to the Pilke design online store!
Pilke design is an online shopping website maintained by t:mi Eija Lähteenmäki. Social security number: 2073165-2.
All our products are handmade in Finland and we deliver products not only in Finland but all over the world. 
The price of the ordered product is the price displayed on the Pilke design page at the time of ordering. 
Prices include value added tax of 24%.

We always deliver orders as quickly as possible. Most deliveries are sent within 1-2 business days after the order arrives. 
The delivery cost is added to the purchase price. If you wish, you can choose Posti's letter or parcel delivery. 
In the case of parcel delivery, we provide the shipping ID by e-mail in connection with the delivery confirmation. 
With the delivery ID, you can track the status of the delivery on Posti's website (www.posti.fi). 
Note! It is not possible to track the letter delivery separately from Posti's services. 
We are not responsible for shipments lost/damaged in transit.

The payments in the EU-shop is handled via Klarna´s checkout.

Payment via Klarna
Along with Klarna Bank AB (main office at Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden), 
we are offering credit card payments via Klarna´s checkout. Notice that you can do both debit and credit card payments.

You can always monitor your purchases and invoices from Klarna´s website. You can find more information about Klarna here and the 
terms of use here. Klarna processes your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and 
Klarna’s data protection policy.

Product return.

We want you to be satisfied with the products you ordered and we give the products a 14-day exchange and return right. 
Products to be returned must be unused, in salable condition and must be in their original packaging. For returns, 
use the original shipping packaging or other similar packaging that can withstand transportation. Pack the products carefully. 
Please contact our customer service, and we will give you instructions on how to return the product. 
After receiving the product return, we check the product and refund the purchase 
amount to your account via the Klarna customer account.
Note! The return of products on sale is subject to a fee and the payment made for the return will not be refunded.
